  1. License and inspect public facilities that must be regulated to help prevent communicable diseases and safety hazards. These public facilities include:

    Restaurants, taverns, temporary food booths, mobile food units (including push carts), school food service programs, and sites for elderly nutrition and meal sites for the needy where food is free.

    Public swimming pools and spas including those operated by hotels and motels and cities.

    Hotels and motels

    *

    R.V. parks, and organizational camps.

    *

    Day care facilities, the Angell Job Corps, and various other facilities that require inspection by state or federal government.
