Our Mission

The mission of Lincoln Community Health Center is to improve the quality of life and health of individuals in the Lincoln County area by providing access to high quality medical, mental health and dental care that serves both the insured and the uninsured.

Lincoln Community Health Center is a division of Lincoln County Health and Human Services and is an organization driven by a mission of excellence in the provision of health care services to our community.

The mission of Lincoln Community Health Center includes a commitment to provide care to those with a medical need, regardless of ability to pay.
