Lincoln County School Based Health Centers

Mission

The School Based Health Centers serve to improve the health of students by providing medical care, mental health care, health education, and coordination of needed health and social services.

Goals

Healthy Kids Learn Better

Improve the health and well being of children by:

	Providing easy access to primary and preventive health care
	Addressing health issues while teaching healthy behaviors
	Providing comprehensive services through case management and collaboration with community partners

Lincoln County School Based Health Centers are provided as a partnership between the Lincoln County School District and Lincoln County Health & Human Services. Additional funding is provided by a variety of local community partners, including hospitals, agencies, civic organizations, churches, businesses and private donors.
