Where to get a flu and pneumonia shot:

Flu and pneumonia shots are now available, see the schedule below. In addition to the the flu shot clinics through out Lincoln County, there will be drop in clinics at 36 SW Nye Street with no appointment necessary.

You can also call if you would like to schedule an appointment time to get a shot: (541) 265-6611 ext: 4947. Office hours are, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Cost:

Flu shots:

all kids (6 months-18 years) $30.00*****
adults $30.00

***** If your child has no insurance coverage - there are funding resources available to assist in payment reducing cost to $15.00.

Pneumonia shots:

$45.00

Insurance: Lincoln County Health and Human Services will bill only: Medicare, Oregon Health Plan (OHP), Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Oregon, LifeWise, ODS and Samaritan Health Services.

YOU MUST BRING YOUR INSURANCE CARD.

JANUARY	5, 12, 19, 26 (9:00 - 11:30)	JANUARY	2, 9, 16, 23, 30 (1:00 - 4:00)

HOMEBOUND Clients: Shrinking county resources have made it necessary for us to carefully screen those clients who can receive their flu and pneumonia shots at our public clinics from those who are truly homebound. Public Health will be screening requests for homebound shots. Anyone interested should call 265-6611 ext.4947.
