Ryan White HIV Case Management Services
The Ryan White Program provides the services of a Registered Nurse Case Manager for people of all ages living with HIV. Case management services provide individuals living with HIV support for obtaining needed medical care by offering information, and referral to agencies that are able to assist clients with health insurance, medications, transportation to medical appointments, addiction and mental health counseling, housing, and disability services. The nurse case manager offers education to help clients understand the disease process, self-care, and use and monitoring of their medications. Enrollment requires:
Services are offered at either Lincoln County Health Department sites (Newport or Lincoln City) and through home visits.
